AIPMO CORE certification
AIPMO’s Core Certification Program includes three levels of certifications, designed to measure a person’s competencies (knowledge and skills) to identify, justify, design, implement, and run one or more PMOs.
Aipmo Specialist Certification
The specialist courses have been developed in conjunction with AIPMO’s “PMO and Services Capabilities” initiative which has identified over 300 PMO services. The specialist courses are not just for PMO professionals (to help them build PMO service capabilities), but also for professionals working in, or associated with, projects, programs, and portfolios.
Aipmo FOUNDATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Foundational certification courses, as the name suggests, are courses that are the foundations on which the core PMO certifications are built on. These courses go into detail on techniques, methods, process, and frameworks, which are pivotal for increasing a PMO’s chance for success.
