Specialist PMO Coordinator 

Location: NEOM, Saudi Arabia


• Operationalize the EPMO target operating model
• Build trust relationships with the key stakeholders including suppliers
• Identifying and monitoring project and/or programmed and/or portfolio risks
• Ensure risk management system, processes and governance are effective
• Ensure document management system and other systems are operational and are continually improved
• Drives the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope
• Measures, tracks and reports on project performance and milestones
• Proactively identifies and addresses areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
• Ensure management information requirements is understood and implemented
• Provides timely and regular status updates to stakeholders as defined in the stakeholder management plan and communications management plan • Identifies and brings to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as needed
• Sets up and ensures execution of project communication plan

• Master Degree
• 10‐20 years of experience construction projects
• Chartered Engineer

Specific experience

• 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management
• 10+ years in PMO management
• Mega projects/complexity projects delivery
• 12+ years international work experience

Policy Development Officer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Policy Development Officer will operate as an advisory role and will be concerned with the guiding rules and principles of Saudi Government Departments. Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and strategies for their assigned area. Responsibilities vary according to project requirements, but can include:

  • Working with the team to identify and develop key policy areas
  • Assembling, interpreting, and analyzing information
  • Briefing partners and other external organizations
  • Providing regular updates
  • Working effectively with other stakeholders

Initial project is for 6 months, but can be extended upon successful completion of probation period and ongoing work opportunities. Working hours will be 48 hrs per week and salary will be circa 40k to 50k (Sar/Month), depending upon experience, and inclusive of accommodation travel and car allowance.


Minimum of 8 years of experience and 3rd level education is a must, professional recognition preferred. A relevant degree is desirable, and most graduates entering this field will need a first degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area, such as:

  • Politics
  • Economic research
  • Public administration
  • Social work
  • Social policy
  • Policy studies

Candidates will require an in-depth understanding of multi-level democracy, public policy in the KSA (or Middle East) further afield), and how public policy is formulated. This should include relevant experience in government departments through PMO with specific reference to financial strategy development.
