Professional Development Advisor – Sales Representative

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to grow our team of professional development advisors for enhancing the reach of our certification course portfolio.

 Description:

 Proficient use of CRM system

  • Locate and contact potential clients to offer IPMO Advisory’s educational services 
  • Explain to clients how specific types of education programs will help improve their company’s operations in the most effective way possible
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
  • Prepare promotional plans and market research 
  • Develop sales campaigns in line with the sales manager 

Lead generation for the specific projects they are assigned to

Qualifications

Website, PHP, Software and Database Developer

Description

The ideal candidate is a creative hard working problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools.

You must be comfortable working as part of an international team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Description:

  • Developing front end website architecture, designing user interactions on web pages, developing back end website applications.
  • Develop code, perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
  • Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
  • Proficient with database development (MySQL or other)
  • Proficient with membership database development and e-commerce web development
  • Good on integration among platforms (CRM, WooFinance and other systems)
  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc) is needed to be successful in this position.
  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular JS, React and Amber) and
  • Proficiency with server side languages PHP
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Legal Administrative Manager

Description

The Legal Administrative Manager will be working closely with the Office and Business Operations Manager and the CEO in Switzerland, and will be reporting to them. Daily tasks will include:

  • Answering written or telephone questions from clients, government agencies, courts and other attorneys
  • Answering brief legal questions from clients. Instructing clients prior to a mediation hearing. Making appointments. Inquiring about the status of proceedings.
  • Editing and formatting documents, PPT, Word etc Preparing legal letters, demand letters, representation letters, reply letters
  • Editing legal articles and blogs, posting on website and managing and linking social media.
  • Preparation of court filings and legal motions (edition)
  • Execution of debt collection
  • Drafting and processing requests for information to authorities, courts and parties
  • Maintaining the website Uploading latest blogs and articles to the website, uploading publications to the website, uploading new contacts with their logos to the website, adjusting profiles of staff, adjusting areas of law when necessary, correcting typos
  • Monitor deadlines of LP, early warning of deadlines, avoid conflicting deadlines, reschedule, cancel, arrange deadlines. Avoid too many appointments in one day. This is an enormously important task!

CRM Care

  • Attention the individual authorities and persons must be linked to the clients. When a letter from a new authority comes in, it must be entered in Bexio system
  • Independent file management (physical and electronic)
  • Brands and case lists – this is about taking care of the trademarks. It is always necessary to check in the register whether the trademarks are pending or registered. For this purpose, the client is also informed. In addition, a list of the trademarks that the company handles is kept. This list must always be updated.
  • Maintaining lists of ongoing cases etc. (what is the state of affairs, which ones are ongoing and at which stage)
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law and/or Business Administration (Masters degree will be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (proficiency in German will be considered an advantage)
  • Expert in MS office 2017 or higher
  • Accounting experience
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
